Processing Time

• Made-to-order items (tees): 2–5 business days to print and prepare.

• In-stock items (stickers): 1–2 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

• Standard shipping within the U.S. typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Expedited options may be available for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the U.S. only (expand as you see fit). Duties and taxes, if applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us at support@rapceo.ai within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Shipping Address

Ensure your address is correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.
