Production time: Most items are made to order. Typical print/pack time 2–5 business days (may extend during drops/holidays).
Transit time: Calculated at checkout by carrier/service. Estimates ≠ guarantees.
Rates: Shown at checkout. Orders may ship in multiple packages.
Tracking: Emailed when your order leaves the facility.
Address issues: Enter carefully. If a package is returned/undeliverable, reshipment may require new postage.
International: You’re responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs delays are outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our drops are limited and often made to order: All sales are final.

We’ll make it right if we mess up.

Resolution (at our discretion): repair, replacement, or refund. Size exchanges are not guaranteed due to limited stock.

Cancellations & Changes

Request changes/cancellations within 2 hours of purchase. Once production starts, we can’t guarantee edits.
